The second review on Glassdoor was positive as well. This particular employee worked there for less than a year. This person felt the perks and benefits were great. It benefited this person that the company allows you to sell an amazing product. He or she felt management truly supports you. Moreover, this employee believes that Robert Hohman (CEO) truly cares about his employees. The only drawback about working at Glassdoor is that the Chicago office doesn’t allow dogs like the Mill Valley office does.
Another reviewer loves the culture and notes the company hires solid, hard-working employees. The downside for this individual was that the management focuses on small projects and doesn’t take into consideration the future.
An account executive at Glassdoor had nothing but positive to say about the company. He or she feels the morale is high, and the management is excellent. The only complaint from this reviewer is that he or she would like to have the office in San Francisco rather than Mill Valley.
The CEO remembers the names of the employees, which isn’t like many places. The corporate level listens to employees and incorporates feedback to improve the work environment. A Mill Valley employee enjoys the beautiful environment and delicious lunches as well as the team-bonding events and option to bring your pet to work.
Another Mill Valley worker posted a mixed review. He or she mentioned the perks of the Glassdoor salary and commission. This person likes the benefits, team, office, and pet-friendly environment. However, he or she doesn’t like that the company sold the same product since its beginning and feels like the company could use something new.
Not all of the reviews were positive though. One worker at Mill Valley felt like it was a great place to work in the beginning but feels the place is declining quickly. Another Mill Valley employee rated his or her experience there positive but stated the company lacks strategy and focus on the top level.
